Our Service Standards
If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with the service provided by us during the course of your matter please make this known to your solicitor.
If they are unable to satisfactorily address any concerns that you have raised they will inform our Compliance Manager who, after making arrangements to contact you directly, will address your grievance in accordance with our internal policies and procedures.
As with all legal firms if you remain dissatisfied with the findings or remedies provided internally you may finally raise your concerns with the Legal Ombudsman. Further details can be found here.
